Subject: Additional Notification of the Investment in and the Lease/Sublease of Assets to CPN Retail Growth Property Fund

To: President The Stock Exchange of Thailand

         As Central Pattana Public Company Limited ("CPN") has invested in 33% of the total issued investment units of the CPN Retail Growth Property Fund ("CPNRF") which managed by TMB Asset Management Co., Ltd. and CPN leased/subleased parts of Central Plaza Rama II and Central Plaza Ratchada Rama III to CPNRF on August 15 and 16, 2005.

         At present, the Board of Directors of CPN is considering to lease/sublease certain part of Retail Shopping Complex and 2 Office Buildings at Central Plaza Pinklao to CPNRF which is part of CPN's financing plan to support our development of future projects.CPN will terminate the sale buildings with right of redemption to reflect the early redemption of such assets from Thai Business Fund 2 in order that the assets can be invested by CPNRF. Moreover, CPN will receive property management fee as the property manager and dividend as unitholder of the CPNRF.

          CPN will notify information on value of investment units of CPNRF that CPN will invest, values of assets to be leased / subleased and other conditions as soon as we get approval from the Board of Directors of CPN, the unitholders of CPNRF and also the Securities and Exchange Commission of Thailand approve the capital increase and investment of CPNRF.
