CPN was ranked as one of the listed companies with "Very good" (Top Quartile) corporate governance performance. Hosted by Thai Institute of Directors Association (IOD), The Securities and Exchange Commission of Thailand (SEC) and The Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET), the survey was conducted by considering from five major criterions namely; shareholders rights, equitable treatment of the shareholders, roles of stakeholders, disclosure and transparency, and Board of Directors' responsibilities.
