The Launch of CentralPlaza Chonburi

BANGKOK ─ Today Central Pattana Public Company Limited (CPN) together with its co-developers; Robinson Department Store and Carrefour, opened the newly developed CentralPlaza Chonburi, the largest and most modern shopping center in Chonburi Province in Eastern Thailand.

 

CPN has invested totaling Baht 2,400 million in this mixed-use development. Featuring glass façade and “Miracle of Water” theme architecture with six mega stores and more than 200 retail shops, CentralPlaza Chonburi offers pleasurable shopping ambience and is undeniably a one stop lifestyle shopping complex in the East of Thailand. Over 85% of total leasable area has been leased out with an occupancy rate of 80% at the opening.
