Subject: Postponing of CentralPlaza Lardprao Shopping Complex's renovation
To: The President, The Stock Exchange of Thailand
Reference is made to the Notification of Central Pattana Public Company Limited ("CPN") dated May 24, 2010, regarding the riot and fire incident at CentralWolrd project. This incident has caused CPN to cease the operation at CentrlWorld project for renovation for a period of time. In order to ease the impacts of this incident to the tenants and shoppers as well as impact on CPN's revenue and cashflow, CPN has decided to postpone the renovation of CentralPlaza Lardprao Shopping Complex to February 2011 and it should take, approximately, six months to complete this renovation. In the mean time, CentralPlaza Lardprao will continue its operation as normal.
The office building of CentralPlaza Lardprao will be closed for renovation in June 2010 and expected to be completed in November 2010.
