Subject Accident on falling of scaffoldings in the renovation area of Zen Department Store

 

To The President, The Stock Exchange of Thailand

 

According to the falling of scaffoldings in the renovation area of Zen Department Store at approximately 9.30 am on October 29, 2010, Central Pattana Public Company Limited and its subsidiaries ("CPN") would like to notify that such scaffoldings was used in the renovation of Zen Department Store which has not been in service. CPN was informed by Zen Department Store that the renovation project has been covered by Construction All Risks/Third Party Liability insurance policy. Nevertheless, CentralWorld has not been affected by this accident and is still operated as normal.
