Subject Clarification of the rumors concerning claim for the compensation of CentralWorld Project

With regard to rumors on 24 November 2010 concerning claim for the compensation of CentralWorld Project that Central Pattana Public Company Limited ("the Company") may not be protected by Industrial All Risk insurance.
The Company would like to clarify that the Company is protected by Industrial All Risk, Business Interruption, and Terrorism insurances with sums insured of Baht 13,224 million, Baht 6,147 million, and Baht 3,500 million, respectively. At present, the management, the insurers, and relevant independent experts are investigating the actual damage but have not yet reached conclusion. The management believes that damages caused by the fire incident at CentralWorld are fully covered by the Company's insurance policies.
