The Launch of CentralPlaza Chiangrai

BANGKOK ─ Today Central Pattana Public Company Limited (CPN) launched its new project “CentralPlaza Chiangrai” – the first eco-friendly lifestyle shopping complex in Chiangrai Province, Northern of Thailand.

 

CPN has invested totaling Baht 1,600 million in its 46,000-sq.m. one-stop shopping mall in Chiangrai Province, the upper north of Thailand. Featuring northern Thai accustomed “Lanna” theme architecture with over 280 retail shops, an entertainment complex, and a colorful flower market, CentralPlaza Chiangrai is hoping to purify your shopping experience with environmental friendly decorations, stunning views over the woodland. The new complex will undoubtedly become the landmark of Chiangrai. Over 95% of total leasable area has been leased out with an occupancy rate at the opening of 90%.
