Central Pattana Public Co.,Ltd. announce the reason for the
company's profit for the Q3/2005 that increase from Q3/2004 more than 20%.
Net Profit after tax of Q3/2005 increase from Q3/2004 by approximately
1,793 million Baht or 472%.This is mainly due to the gain (net of tax)
on financial lease of certain part of the Central Plaza Ratchada Rama 3,
Central Plaza Rama 2 to "CPN Retail Growth Property Fund" approximately
1,937 million Baht and impairment loss (net of tax) on property under
development approximately 285 million Baht. In addition these are higher
rental and service income mainly derived from Central Plaza Ladprao ,
Central Plaza Pinklao , Central World Plaza, Central World Tower,
Central City Bangna ,Central Plaza Rama 2 ,Central Airport Plaza Chiangmai
and Central Town Center Rattanathibet
